| Your diamond engagement and wedding rings will be replaced or repaired
if lost, stolen or damaged (normal wear and tear excepted) for one
year from the date of delivery, if you have a current Eternal Diamond
Guarantee Certificate. This guarantee can be renewed on or before
the anniversary of the date of delivery. In order to keep this policy
in force you must bring in the Jewelry for inspection prior to the
anniversary date of delivery and pay the prevailing fee.
Note: Guarantee Limitation The extent of liability of this Guarantee will apply solely to one actual loss or repair. If a loss should occur, contact the Jeweler from whom the purchase was made. He will forward to you an affidavit of loss. You must return this affidavit notarized with a copy of a police report. A loss or repair covered by this Guarantee automatically voids this Guarantee as of the date of fulfillment of the claim covering said loss or repair. No new guarantee coverage may be purchased or issued for the replaced or repaired jewelry item. Mark Your Calendar! |
